Find the calm amid the chaos…and Let That Sh*t Go
Corporate & Community Wellness Workshops | International Bestselling Book | Kids Meditations & Podcast Host | Executive Grief Ambassador | Mental Health Advocate
👋🏽 Hi, I’m Nina!
I am the Founder of Pure Minds Inc., a social enterprise focused on wellness. I’ve co-authored an International Bestseller Let That Sh*t Go, and work to deliver this message through corporate workshops and coaching. I’m also an Executive Grief Ambassador for the Seasons Centre for Grieving Children - which has been a whole life circle moment in it of itself. I spent the majority of my career in sales & marketing. Fifteen years ago, I hit a peak point of stress sparked by the corporate grind and did something drastic - moved to Northern California for a year to unplug and live in an ashram. I wanted to see if there was a way to take ancient wisdom and apply it to modern day stressors - turns out, there is!
~ It’s my greatest passion to help people find hope & peace through adversity. ~

Excerpts from client testimonials
"The session was so applicable to our people - they had a way of explaining the importance and benefits of mindfulness to your overall wellbeing. They spent so much time upfront to better understand their audience, and the business, which is telling of how impactful the session was. We had so many requests for another workshop!"
- Arti Kashyap, Wellbeing Lead, Deloitte Consulting, UK
"The workshop was at a time of significant corporate change, where ambiguity and anxiety where at peak levels. With the content, we developed our capabilities of self-awareness and the skills required to become more mindful. This has given us a common language to share with each other how we’re navigating the multiple priorities.”
— Martin Spencer, Vice President, Sales, Mars Wrigley Confectionary
“Concrete tips and tools were shared that we can put in to practice as we navigate the uncertainty of what lies ahead. I appreciated the vulnerability and candour. Ultimately, the time “together” provided a shared language that we will take with us as a Marketing organization and continue to come back to in our everyday lives.”

About Me
Why I do what I do 🌿
At 16 I faced an unexpected tragedy. I struggled with PTSD & survivors guilt. I saw a number of child psychologists and psychiatrists, but what kept me grounded - and still does ‘til this day - is my study of ancient wisdom and practice of mindfulness and meditation. I don’t know who or where I would be without it. And this is why I’m so passionate about sharing it with the world. We don’t have to be defined by our adversity. There is a way to attain true mental freedom.
